10th Annual Fall Summit

Reaching the Many by Investing in the Few

This year’s Fall Summit will focus on Leadership Development. Common to all local churches and ministries is the need for more leaders. But also common is the need to reach and care for the many. These two priorities often feel at odds with one another. In Session One, our presenter Greg Pugh will deal with this dilemma and why “investing in the few” is exactly what your church needs. In Session Two we will deal with the personal cost of being a leader that reproduces more leaders. In this session you will be challenged to walk away with a Personal Growth Plan. Sessions Three and Four will deal with practical principles and steps to make it happen. Expect also a corporate challenge for your church! The approach of this leadership training is to provide those in attendance biblical and practical tools to develop both individual and corporate plans to develop leaders.

Both District Superintendent Dr. Greg Fell and Greg Pugh are available to help coach, mentor, or simply be your consultant in putting these leadership development principles in place in your local church.

The Fall Summit will be held at our traditional sight, Fellowship Community Church in Centennial, Colorado.
